Patricia Nkhono MSN, APRN, PMHNP-BC, graduated with a master's degree in nursing from the College of Health Science at Walden University in Minneapolis and became a board-certified psychiatric nurse practitioner. Patricia holds a Bachelor of Science in nursing from the University of Texas at Arlington and worked as a registered nurse in a number of hospitals, including Parkland Hospital and UT Southwestern Medical Center.

Violet Ashu, an ANCC board-certified PMHNP-BC, specializes in providing client-centered mental health services using evidence-based, holistic, individualized care to enable clients to achieve a healthy, productive, and positive sense of self. Has experience in psychiatric/medical settings for 16 years. Good mental health is our greatest wealth, but poor mental health makes us more vulnerable to certain physical health issues. Work experience was with Intouch Psychiatry, Meditelecare, and Done Health. Currently with Grow Therapy, ALMA, Headway, Premier Behavioral Health & Wellness, Rula Health, and Texas Health Resources.

Accepting new clients for psychiatric medication management, both online and in person! While medications can certainly be helpful, I also like to emphasize nutrition and wellness to promote optimal mental health. Many of my clients struggle with depression, anxiety, trauma, and other mood disorders. I use a whole person approach to see what interventions in order to individualize their care.

Dr. Qalbani is a Double Board Certified Psychiatrist in Child & Adolescent and Adult Psychiatry. He is certified by the American Board of Psychiatry and Neurology. He completed his residency training at the University of Kentucky in Adult Psychiatry as well as a fellowship in Child and Adolescent Psychiatry. ​He practices psychotherapy and psychopharmacology and has extensive experience treating a wide range of problems including depression, anxiety, difficulties in relationships, underachievement and feeling overwhelmed or stressed.

Dr. Scardino began practicing psychiatric medicine in 1986, and has been chosen as the head of interdisciplinary treatment teams numerous times.
