Dr. Paparone is an experienced psychiatrist specializing in family systems, attachment disorders, PTSD, treatment resistant depression, ADHD, post partum depression and adjustment disorders. Dr. Paparone has trained and worked closely alongside experts in the field of psychoanalytic therapy, family therapy and psychopharmacology. She has over a decade of treating patients in psychotherapy and psychopharmacology.

Dr. Knoelle Park is a board-certified adult psychiatrist who is joining the Talkiatry team to begin her post-residency career. Dr. Park knows a patient is much more than an illness. With empathic listening, she collaborates with her clients to understand their background, values, and goals for treatment. Although her practice focuses on medication management, she strives to incorporate modalities such as supportive therapy to enhance treatment and will encourage her clients to seek more intensive therapy when indicated.

I am a board certified Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner. I strive to provide my patients with a well-rounded approach to meet their individual needs. I treat a broad range of mental health disorders through medication management.

We provide personalized treatment for various psychiatric disorders such as ADHD, DMDD, Autism Spectrum Disorders, Major Depression, Anxiety Disorders, Bipolar Disorder, Eating Disorders, Schizophrenia and other Psychotic Disorders across all age-groups. By combining modern and holistic medicine, we strive to find the perfect balance of various therapeutic modalities to promote well-being and happiness of our patients and their families. We also provide genetic testing for our existing clients.

My goal is to work collaboratively with patients. After an initial consultation I will make a recommendation for treatment. Your treatment plan may include medications and/or psychotherapy. Dr. Patel has experience in treating a wide range of mental health issues across diverse populations and lifespan. His treatment approach involves patient centered care in a collaborative manner. Dr. Patel’s objective is to provide care in a nonjudgmental, empathic manner. Based on severity of issues, individual, family, group therapy may be recommended to achieve optimum treatment outcomes.
