As a Board Certified Psychiatrist who specializes in the treatment of Adults and Teens, I utilize an evidenced-based, holistic approach that integrates medication management and preventative medicine with a wide variety of therapeutic modalities such as cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), psychodynamic therapy, osteopathic holistic care, mindfulness, meditation training, and lifestyle design.
No matter what you are working through, whether it be depression, anxiety, bipolar disorder, PTSD/Trauma, addiction, relationship struggles, or communication issues, we will find a way to make things better through the process of healing and focusing on you.
