I specialize in psychiatric evaluations and treatment for ADHD, ADD, depression, Bipolar Disorder, perimenopausal depression, insomnia, PTSD, OCD, Panic Disorder, and Generalized Anxiety. After a comprehensive evaluation, I develop a treatment plan best suited to each individual's needs using a variety of evidence-based practice treatment modalities. I have extensive knowledge of psychotropic medications and I am very passionate about exercise, nutrition, and helping patients become the best version of themselves. I especially enjoy working with college students, married couples, new parents, and those starting a new career.
A native of New Orleans, I earned my Master’s in Nursing in 2012 from LSU Health in New Orleans. I furthered my education by earning a Doctorate in Clinical Nursing in 2018 at LSU Health in New Orleans. In 2023, I graduated as a Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner.
I excel at advocacy and leadership, driven by her belief in the power of “interconnection” to educate and empower individuals for better health, a better community, and a better world. I was honored with the Great 100 Nurses Award in 2017 and the DAISY Faculty Award in 2018. I support MY local SPCA and currently reside in New Orleans with my family.
