Hi! I specialize in treating women (18+) with depression, anxiety, mood disorders, OCD, and trauma disorders. I offer an integrative approach to mental health that includes evidence-based psychiatric medications, complementary supplements, brief therapy interventions, and lifestyle suggestions. I believe that it is important to treat the root cause of the illness, rather than just treating the symptoms.
