I am the mental health provider located in a gym. That's right. I have intentionally chosen to practice in a place where we can be physically active while addressing your mental health simultaneously. I am offering a SAFE gym experience so that people can address mental health and use the best treatment available...physical activity.
I know that most people are tired of quick fixes and pills. I also know that it is difficult to find the root of the problem in our medical system. I have the knowledge and ability to use psychotherapy, coaching, exercise, and medications. I can help you build a strong foundation mentally and physically so that you are empowered to truly live.
