I have been both a Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner and a Pediatric Medical Registered Nurse for over 15 years. I have helped heal the child physically, and emotionally. I’ve assisted pre-teens and teenagers through their transition into adulthood. My youngest patient was one hour old, my eldest was 102 years old. I have traveled the country and have met, cared for, and treated people of different backgrounds, cultures, socioeconomic status, race, sexual orientation, and gender. My work experience as a Psychiatric NP includes an emergency room, outpatient, and inpatient psychiatric unit.
After working with many different populations, I have come to adopt a comprehensive, patient-focused, and evidence-based treatment approach rooted in interdisciplinary care
