Many people come to me looking for better management of their anxiety, attention, or mood. I meet each person where they are. In part, this means prescribing medication or practicing psychotherapy with and for each individual. My first goal is always symptom remission. I will work with you to help you get relief.
I evaluate, diagnose, prescribe medication, and do psychotherapy to address the needs of my adult patients. My specialty is anxiety spectrum disorders. This spectrum includes but isn't limited to, PTSD, Panic, OCD, phobias, and disordered eating. Doing therapy with patients with PTSD inspired me to focus on anxiety spectrum disorders.
You may already know there is no one-size-fits-all psychiatric provider. I also know that no two patients are the same or need the same care. I enjoy meeting each new patient and always feel respect for their courage in asking for help.
