My name is Andrew, and I am board certified Psychiatric-Mental Health Nurse Practitioner. I will serve as your provider here at Soothe Psychiatry. I have expertise in the diagnosis and treatment of a wide range of psychiatric conditions including anxiety, mood disorders, ADHD, PTSD, OCD, adjustment disorder, bipolar disorder, and more.
I completed my graduate studies at Vanderbilt University after completing undergraduate coursework in psychology at Emory University. I then went on to work with patients dealing with addiction and mental health disorders in both inpatient and residential treatment facilities before furthering my education. I currently see adult patients ages 18 through 64.
I embrace a holistic and nonjudgmental approach to psychiatric care. I emphasize patient-centered and evidenced-based modalities when tailoring individualized treatment plans to assist my patients in meeting their mental health goals. During sessions, patients can expect active listening, respect, empathy, and collaboration.
