My name is Dr. Kristen Cheslick and I am a board certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner with over 20 years of nursing experience in providing compassionate, evidence-based care to patients across the lifespan (children/adolescents, adults and older adults). My available services include mental health evaluations, medication management, brief solution-based/supportive psychotherapy, and appropriate referrals as necessary.
