East Nashville Wellness Center is a nonprofit mental health clinic focusing on the mental health needs of Nashvillians. We use integrated care to work with a broad range of mental health problems including mood and anxiety disorders, insomnia, obsessive-compulsive disorder, and substance use.
We currently offer medication management and individual psychotherapy, with some room for buprenorphine (Suboxone) treatment. We take many major commercial insurance plans, and offer sliding-scale discounts based on ability to pay. We do not routinely provide long-term benzodiazepines, instant-release stimulants, or fill out long-term disability paperwork.
Mental health problems, including substance use, can limit your life. Evidence-based solutions are available. We want to help, even if money is an issue.
