Dr. Sean Whelan is now part of the Resilient team and is accepting new patients. His ideal patient ranges from 16-18 years old and are requesting assistance w/ varying disorders such as ADHD, Depression, Anxiety, PTSD, Grief, or Bipolar; however, they are interested in the least amount of medication/dosage to maintain stability and optimum functioning. His patient's are desiring to make lifestyle changes to optimize their health such as maintaining a certain level of dedication to sleep, exercise, and/or re-evaluate relationships that are not serving them.
Dr. Whelan has vast experience working in medical settings and in civil service. He has 10 plus yrs of experience working w/ Indigenous peoples and Veterans patients. This experience has provided significant exposure to mood disorders and trauma. He believes in empowering patients by involving them in their health care decisions.
Dr. Whelan is not paneled with insurance as he does Not allow insurance companies to have access to your records or negatively dictate your treatment options. While private pay, the fee is extremely competitive. He is an incredibly competent and compassionate provider. Dr. Whelan is married, has 3 children, and enjoys mountain biking and riding dirt bikes.
