Hello, my name is Sarah Langham. I am a psychiatric nurse practitioner with over 6 yrs experience. I have over 20 years experience in mental health as an RN. I am experienced in treating ADHD, Depression, Anxiety and related disorders, as well as managing chronic mental health issues such as schizophrenia, bipolar disorder and other mood disorders.
Most people feel overwhelmed in the world we live in. The state of the world have many questioning what is next. My passion is providing hope for the future to those who desire better.
I approach medication as secondary in most cases. Therapy is the basic component for over coming these hardships. Although I saw medication is secondary it is at times necessary. Let’s work to simplify medication, having you on as few medications as possible to manage symptoms.
