Hello! My name is Sarah Koberlein, and I am an ANCC Board-Certified Psychiatric-Mental Health Nurse Practitioner since 2020. I specialize in providing psychiatric evaluations, medication management, and support to individuals ages 6 years and older with a focus on depression, anxiety, bipolar disorder, perinatal mood disorders, ADHD and psychotic disorders, including those with co-morbid medical issues. My nursing journey began in 2012 in the ICU, where I realized that mental health is often overlooked and undervalued. My passion is to bring mental health to the forefront and reduce the stigma surrounding mental health.
My treatment philosophy is holistic and inclusive. I strive to provide a comfortable environment for individuals from all backgrounds. One where you, the client, feels understood and validated. Together, we will develop a plan to help you reach your goals and improve your overall quality of life.
Outside of work, I enjoy spending time with my partner, friends, family, and two dogs - Gene and Freddie. I find nature to be therapeutic and love to go hiking. In my free time, I also enjoy yoga, traveling, attending concerts, and creating art.
