Sammy (my certified pet therapy dog) further enhances a warm non-judgmental atmosphere that helps you feel at ease as we assess your unique needs, concerns, and goals. We will tailor psychotherapy techniques (see below), and if appropriate, I will provide expert guidance in medication management to address your particular circumstances.

If you already have a therapist, we can see you for a 30-minute medication management session. We seek to help you relieve troublesome symptoms in the short term and foster lasting transformation for a lifetime.
