Hi there! I'm a board-certified Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP) with a master's degree from the University of Texas at Austin. I deliver high-quality medication management, with brief supportive therapy, to children, teens, and adults who are experiencing a range of mental health concerns such as anxiety, depression, ADHD and trauma-related disorders. My clinical experience working with diverse populations, in addition to my identity as an Indian-American Christian, informs my inclusive approach. We'll build a therapeutic relationship that honors YOUR unique identities and worldview.
I provide medication management and brief psychotherapy using an approach that's trauma-informed, culturally-sensitive, and evidenced-based. My philosophy of practice centers on a caring and collaborative relationship where we work as a team to address issues that are preventing you from living fully. Sessions are offered both in person and via telehealth.
We all have struggles and it takes strength to seek support. I'm proud of you for doing so.
