Dr. Most believes in treating the whole person, addressing both the presenting symptoms as well as any underlying issues that may be their root cause. Dr. Most provides a comprehensive 70–90-minute evaluation that includes past medical history including sleep, nutrition, and allergies. He can prescribe pharmaceuticals as beneficial, and may integrate meditation and yoga methods in certain circumstances. He may also advise supplementation, such as herbals, vitamins, and Low Dose Naltrexone (LDN).
Dr. Most may make use of testing, including Genesight and genetic biomarker evaluation. For brain fog, he has advanced equipment, including an HBOT chamber.
