People seek psychotherapy for a variety of reasons, but they frequently share one thing in common, the desire to relieve pain and to improve satisfaction with their life. This goal can be accomplished in a variety of ways, and a key component to successful treatment is the patient-physician relationship. I provide an empathic and non-judgmental environment that can facilitate the type of exploration and collaboration that can help one to learn more about themselves, to examine the patterns in their life that they wish to change, and to develop the courage to make those changes.
In my practice I offer psychotherapy along with medication management when indicated. At the present time I am not meeting with patients in the office. I am seeing patients through HIPPA secure video/audio telehealth sessions.
