I am a resident in Psychiatry at The Mount Sinai Hospital in New York. I am a member of an outpatient Psychiatric Practice, working under the supervision of Jason Shimiaie MD. My practice focuses on women’s mental health where I address the unique challenges they face throughout various life stages. This includes emotional difficulties related to premenstrual dysphoric disorder (PMDD), as well as mood changes associated with perimenopause and menopause. I also specialize in supporting women through their reproductive journeys, offering care during preconception planning, fertility challenges, and peripartum mental health.
