My approach is respectful, warm, and compassionate, with a focus on stress reduction and skill building so you can rediscover and restore your hope and your future in life. Together we’ll identify root causes for the burdens you're carrying and create a personalized plan for your mental health based on your unique needs and the latest treatment options.
I treat a broad range of issues and diagnoses with a holistic approach including newer pharmaceutical medications, supplements, functional medicine, nutrition, advanced diagnostic testing, and genetic testing. As a HeartMath Certified Practitioner, I also offer therapy with heart-brain biofeedback to release stress, find balance, and build resilience.
I have designed my practice with you in mind, including longer appointments so you can ask questions and get great care. My office is comfortable, handicapped-accessible, and child-friendly, and is open for both in-person and telemedicine visits.
