Rachael is committed to providing holistic treatment for trauma, mood, and anxiety issues and to people in all forms of recovery. She also works with people in the helping professions to address mood, anxiety, compassion fatigue, & burnout.
In addition to her work in clinical roles, Rachael has also served in a variety of volunteer and non-profit roles. She is a long time member of the Nashville mindfulness community where she serves as the co-director for Wild Heart Meditation Center. Rachael is most at ease outdoors & loves creating beauty in the world through gardening & jewelry smithing.
