The services offered at POC includes Outpatient Mental Health (OMHC)Services; Outpatient treatment Program for substance use disorder, (SUD); Intensive Outpatient Treatment Program, (IOP); Psychiatric Rehabilitation for Adults, (PRP-A); Psychiatric Rehabilitation for Minors, (PRP-M), and a family medical Clinic in the same location. We are a “ONE STOP SHOP” outpatient facility for your mental health and medical care needs.
I have been involved in the healthcare delivery in the past twenty plus years. I have great experience in mental health and medical care. We offer psychiatry mental health and medical health services in one convenient location for the patient benefit, better outcomes, and is cost effectiveness
As a certified Psychiatry Mental Health Practitioner, it is complementary to my existing Family Nurse Practitioner certification. This has given me a rare great opportunity to practice across the continuum of care as Advance Practice Nurse (APN) in the delivery of care services in any settings.
