I am dedicated to providing compassionate, holistic, and evidence-based care to support the mental well-being of my patients. I believe in working with my clients through active listening to foster a trusting therapeutic environment where individuals can explore their emotions, thoughts, and experiences to determine goals and medication management. My goal is to collaborate with each patient to personalize treatment plans that empower them to navigate life's challenges, cultivate resilience, and achieve their fullest potential. I've worked with a wide variety of clientele but specialize in depression, anxiety, and trauma.
I provide psychiatric evaluations and medication management. The first session in an hour long evaluation to hear each clients needs and build relationships. I bring clients into the conversation as we go on the journey together through education, learning about their lives, with support and guidance to understand them and their psychiatric needs.
