Accepting new clients for psychiatric medication management, both online and in person! While medications can certainly be helpful, I also like to emphasize nutrition and wellness to promote optimal mental health. Many of my clients struggle with depression, anxiety, trauma, and other mood disorders. I use a whole person approach to see what interventions in order to individualize their care.

I offer psychiatric medication management, ADHD/time management coaching and mental health & wellness coaching. I can also provide mental health medication education and consultations.

I am dedicated to addressing my client's needs using medication, food as medicine, alternative treatments and other therapeutic techniques to help address your mind, body and soul connection. Cash pay rates are as follows: $250 for initial evaluations and $125 for follow up sessions.
