At Scott A. Fleischer, M.D., P.C., & Associates we provide a non- drug treatment for depression and obsessive-compulsive disorder (OCD) using NeuroStar Transcranial Magnetic Stimulation (TMS) therapy. TMS is a safe, effective and non-invasive treatment which uses magnetic pulses similar to MRI technology to stimulate nerve cells in the area of the brain that regulates mood to decrease depression and OCD symptoms. Unfortunately, antidepressant medications are only effective some of the time. In our practice we have seen over a 70% success in decreasing depression symptoms after completing TMS.

I am a Columbia trained psychiatrist and former chief resident of the Psychiatry Residency Program at Columbia University. I also worked as the director of Women's Mental Health at the California Pacific Medical Center in San Francisco. I have a small private practice in Bala Cynwyd, where I offer a warm and collaborative approach to each patient's needs. Dr. O'Nisha Lawrence is a Board-Certified Child and Adolescent Psychiatrist in Pennsylvania who has been practicing since 2014. She earned her medical degree at the University of Connecticut and completed her psychiatric residency and fellowship training at the University of North Carolina in Chapel Hill. Dr. Lawrence specializes in the evaluation and treatment of depression, anxiety, and ADHD. She utilizes a combination of psychotherapy and medication management.

With two years of professional experience, Samuel Stevenson, MSN, RN, PMHNP-BC, has developed a deep expertise in psychiatric mental health. His clinical practice spans comprehensive medication management and psychotherapy for a variety of mental health conditions, including ADHD, anxiety, bipolar disorder, and depression. Samuel has worked in diverse settings, which has enabled him to refine his approach to care, ensuring that it is both evidence-based and tailored to the individual needs of his patients.

I provide telepsychiatry and in-person services in a highly private setting in Gladwyne, PA. I have been in practice over 25 years and my typical patient is a professional who struggles with anxiety, depression or meeting the demands of a busy lie. Studies have repeatedly shown that the combination of medicine and psychotherapy is better than either alone, but treatment decisions must always be based on the individual's needs. Dr. Gilman is a board certified psychiatrist and lifetime Fellow of the American Psychiatric Association. She has over 38 years of experience in adult, geriatric and consultation-liaison psychiatry. She graduated from Albert Einstein College of Medicine and completed her psychiatry training at Thomas Jefferson University Hospital (TJUH); and she has also postgraduate training at the Philadelphia Association of Psychoanalysis. She has been a medical director of several institutions including Fairmont Institute, Kirkbride Institute and Roxborough Memorial Hospital.
