Amanda Decker is a board certified psychiatric mental health nurse practitioner. Mandy is a graduate of Wilkes University and completed her clinical work through Cherry Hill Psychiatry/Child and Adolescent Psychiatry of Southern New Jersey, as well as the Y. A. L. E School. Mandy specializes in working with the child and adolescent population (ages 5-20). She spent eight years working in child welfare for the State of New Jersey, where she gained extensive experience working with the most challenging of family dynamics.

I am a Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner, with almost 20 years of experience working in the mental health field. I was called to work in psychiatric care from an early age, entering nursing specifically to practice in psychiatry after obtaining my Bachelor's Degree in Psychology. I aim to understand my patients' symptoms and the root of their aliments, in order to provide the most appropriate care. In addition to medication management, I have been trained in ketamine-assisted psychotherapy, as an alternative treatment modality.

Dr. Vogt is a board certified child/adolescent and adult psychiatrist who has been in practice for over 20 years. She graduated medical school from Albert Ludwigs University in Freiburg, Germany and completed her adult psychiatry residency training and child psychiatry fellowship at Drexel University in Philadelphia, PA in 2001. Dr. Vogt specializes in medication management of many psychiatric illnesses including but not limited to depression, anxiety, PTSD, ADHD, bipolar disorder, OCD, schizophrenia, schizoaffective disorder.

Dr. Jairaj is an established and highly skilled psychiatrist with over 44 years of practice experience, having worked in both inpatient and outpatient settings. While she has extensive experience in understanding medication dosing and drug interactions, she provides holistic treatments, to ensure optimal patient care. Dr. Jairaj's passion is driven by the bonds she builds with her patients and the enjoyment she holds in keeping them healthy and well.

Saundra Hyman, DNP, MSN/MEd, CRNP, ANP-BC, PMHNP-BC I had the opportunity to work in a community Behavioral Health Center and saw a great need for mental health services in the community. This fueled my desire to work with this population. In my role as a PMHNP, I work with the patient, for the patient to help guide them to be the very best of themselves. I use of both medication management and brief psychotherapy to help patients to reach their desired goals. I have experience in treating a range of psychiatric conditions including depression, bipolar disorder, anxiety, trauma related disorders.

Dr. Richard T. Weyler is a Psychiatrist in Pennsylvania who has been practicing since 2008. Dr. Weyler earned his B.A. in Biology from the University of Pennsylvania. He then earned his M.D. from Jefferson Medical College and completed a general psychiatry residency at Temple University Hospital. He then returned to the University of Pennsylvania to complete his child and adolescent psychiatry fellowship at Children's Hospital of Philadelphia. Dr. Weyler provides a strengths-based and behavioral approach, in addition to prescribing medications when necessary.

Alexander Patsiornik is a board-certified Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner. He is a foreign physician graduate from Odessa State Medical University, Ukraine class of 1994. He completed a pediatric surgical residency and soon after immigrated to the US where he transitioned into an advance nursing career. In 2011 Mr. Patsiornik became an adult nurse practitioner and has worked in multiple settings including Primary Care and Geriatrics.

She offers individuals medication management services that complement practices and strategies worked on during sessions with therapists from J. Snyder Therapeutic Services. This approach helps clients achieve overall mental and physical wellness.

Anna Esser is a board-certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner in Pennsylvania. Anna received her Master of Science in Nursing from the University of Pennsylvania, School of Nursing, in 2017 and her Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Temple University, School of Nursing, in 2011. She is board-certified as a Family Psychiatric-Mental Health Nurse Practitioner through the American Nurses Credentialing Center and engages in continuing education through organizations such as APNA, ANA, and NEI. Anna has been a nurse since 2011 and has been practicing as a psychiatric-mental health nurse practitioner since 2018.

I have a huge passion for helping the mental health population. I often feel we just need someone who will not judge us, and will listen to what is going on, and get us back to the person we want to feel like again. I have a very upbeat, wanting to help personality and wish the best for everyone. Our goals will be to talk about what is going on, figure out what the right treatment options are, and get you back to feeling like the person you want to be. I am currently only offering medication management, but work very closely with many therapists, to ensure you are getting the well rounded care you need.

Rachel completed medical school at the Lewis Katz School of Medicine at Temple University and psychiatric residency at the University of Maryland/Sheppard Pratt program, where she served as a chief resident for inpatient psychiatry, the Sheppard Pratt hospital, and diversity, equity, and inclusion. She works with patients to understand their mental health goals and determine the best strategy to meet them, including therapy, lifestyle changes, and medication.

My approach to treatment is to emphasize the importance of medication management of multiple psychiatric disorders, while also focusing on lifestyle regulation, including sleeping, eating, and exercise routines. My upbeat and positive personality, as well as my focus on growth and self- care, tends to be incorporated into my therapeutic approach.
