Hello. I am a Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner in Doylestown, King of Prussia and virtually in PA. I work with ADHD, Anxiety, Depression, Self Harm, OCD, ODD, Borderline Personality Disorder, Addictions, ASP, Suicidal Ideation and many other mental health Issues. I can evaluate for ADHD in the initial session. I have consults with parents who are hesitant or not quite ready for their child or adolescent to start medication but want to become knowledgeable in case that time comes. I strive in my sessions to gather all pertinent information in order to prescribe the psychiatric medications that will best suit my clients needs.

I am currently accepting new patients at this time. My approach is collaborative and non-directive, and I act as someone who can help identify possible routes through the challenges of your life but will not insist that you must choose a particular path. I am a consultant for you and what troubles you, and together we can identify what it is you care about in life and makes it worth living, what is standing in the way, and how medications and psychotherapy might be able to help you pursue the former and overcome the later.

Hello! My name is Dr. Emily Bernstein. I am a Board Certified Psychiatrist with almost 20 years of experience treating a wide variety of psychiatric illnesses including mood disorders, anxiety disorders, co-occurring substance use and mental health, ADHD and more. I provide both medication management and psychotherapy out of my office in Paoli, PA. I strive to build a trusting relationship with all of my patients and will work with you to build a treatment plan that you feel comfortable with. Taylor Bell is a board certified physician assistant who completed her medical training at Duke University Physician Assistant Program. She received her undergrad degree from Penn State University with a Bachelor’s of Science in Biobehavioral Health and a minor in Human Development Family Studies. Prior to arriving to Dr. MacIntyre’s practice, Taylor worked in a psychiatry practice in North Carolina, treating a wide variety of psychiatric conditions including anxiety, depression, bipolar, insomnia, PTSD, OCD, ADHD, psychosis, personality disorders, and more. She is excited to continue treating patients in the Philadelphia area.

Dr. Harmon is double-board certified in psychiatry and pediatrics, and completed child and adolescent psychiatry fellowship training as a part of her medical residency at the University of Pittsburgh medical center in Pittsburgh, PA. At her private outpatient psychiatry practice, Evergreen Psychiatry, she treats patients ranging from toddlers through young adulthood. She enjoys working with families struggling with a variety of issues, ranging from navigating common behavioral and parenting issues to treating neurodevelopmental, anxiety, mood, and trauma-related disorders that arise in childhood.

Dena Caplan is a Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner in Pennsylvania who has been practicing since 2023. She earned a PMHNP from Wilkes University and a CPNP-PC from Thomas Jefferson University. Dena has been practicing as a Pediatric Nurse. Outside of work, Dena enjoys traveling and spending time with her husband and children.

Mrs. Marie Kamara has over 15 years of extensive expertise in Nursing, spanning from internal medicine to psychiatry. In her therapeutic approach Marie focuses on leveraging the unique strengths, challenges and needs of each individual by focusing on the positive. Marie's care is based on the premise that patients who require mental health care respond best to a combination of therapy and medication. She places special emphasis on the integration of a psychotherapeutic approach with careful and limited use of medication prescribed only when necessary.
