I'm a Veteran with experience in passionately advocating for the LGBTQ Veteran population. I have certifications in both functional medicine and nutrition programs with an emphasis in psychiatry. I offer traditional, holistic, and integrative approaches to treating mental health conditions which often includes nutrition and supplement advice, exercise routines, and meditative practices, to name a few.

Prior to getting my specialty in psychiatric mental health, I had thirteen years experience as a family nurse practitioner specializing in emergency medicine and urgent care.

I am an experienced Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner who enjoys working with clients from all walks of life. I treat the breadth of mental health challenges with thoughtful, evidence based medication management and adjunctive psychotherapy. I consider the whole person rather than their cluster of symptoms and provide education and pharmacological interventions that meet clients goals and account for their preferences. I believe in a collaborative approach and welcome input from therapists and other providers on the team.

I am a board-certified Mental Health Nurse Practitioner. My primary goal is to empower clients to regain their well-being and fully embrace their personal and professional lives. Ross A Brown is a board-certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP). He holds a Masters of Science and Nursing from The University of Texas at Austin, where he completed studies as an Adult Health Clinical Nurse Specialist. For fifteen years he worked in preventative cardiology and stroke neurology, then went on to complete his postmaster certificate as a PMHNP at the University of New Mexico. As a Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner, he cares for patients ages sixteen and older with anxiety, depression, and mood disorders and specializes in LGBTQIA+ affirming mental health care.

Stacey Molle (pronounced Moe-lay) is a Clinical Nurse Specialist and Nurse Practitioner that has 18 years of nursing experience and certification in both Family Practice and Psychiatric Mental Health. She has worked with people from all walks of life and realizes that she particularly identifies with women, LGBTQIA+, and neurodivergent persons. Even while providing comprehensive care, she has found that something is missing in traditional medicine. By focusing on care that identifies the ROOT cause of clients’ symptoms, she has found that her clients have better outcomes.

Nancy graduated from Washington State University with a Master of Science in Nursing, and is a board-certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner. She has more than 10 years of experience and specializes in treating patients with depression, anxiety, ADHD, bipolar and sleep disorders, as well as patients in the LGBTQIA+ community with care needs related to gender dysphoria/transgender-related mental health care. She treats patients ages 14-64.

Madeline Jacobs is a board certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner. She holds a Master of Science in Nursing from Oregon Health & Science University and has been working in the psychiatric field since 2015. She has worked at the Los Angeles LGBT Center, the largest LGBT Center in the country, and would love the opportunity to broaden the reach of LGBTQ+ affirming mental health care through telepsychiatry. She is trained in EMDR (eye movement desensitization and reprocessing), an evidence-based trauma therapy. She takes a trauma-informed perspective on mental health care.

I believe therapy and medication management can be useful tools for cultivating change and healing in our lives. Therapy is a space where we can work out the multitudes of ourselves. As we strive to find harmony within these multitudes we examine how past experiences and important relationships have singularly shaped these selves. Medications can provide extra support alongside therapy. My approach to prescribing is holistic, evidence based and attempts to minimize the need for medications.
