I am consistently amazed at the strength of those who take the first step towards healing, as this is the most difficult. My focus is positive psychology, strength building, and providing my clients with evidence based pharmacotherapies to produce the changes they desire.
My goal is to understand my clients unique story and background. We are shaped by our environment, but we need not be held back by it. What I offer is hope, commitment, and transformation for my clients which is achieved through various evidence based treatment modalities
