Dr. Eilbeck serves as Division Associate Medical Director for LifeStance Health. He is certified by the American Board of Psychiatry and Neurology and completed his child and adolescent psychiatry fellowship at University Hospitals of Cleveland, where he also was Chief Fellow. He attended Case Western Reserve University, where he graduated magna cum laude and was inducted into the Phi Beta Kappa honor society. After completing medical school at the University of Toledo College of Medicine, Dr. Eilbeck served as Chief Resident during his adult psychiatry training at the University of Toledo Medical Center.

Steve is Certified Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner (CNP) with a focus on providing treatment for a broad-spectrum of mental health disorders. He earned his Master of Science in Nursing Degree from The University of Akron and is a Board Certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner. He has experience in inpatient, outpatient, as well as community mental health settings as a Nurse Practitioner and over 25 years of experience as a Registered Nurse working in psychiatric / behavioral health hospitals. Steve has also earned his credential for Critical Incident Stress Management (CISM) from The University of Maryland.

David Kwon is a board-certified advanced practice psychiatric nurse practitioner. He master's and doctoral degrees in nursing from Case Western Reserve University. His previous experience includes providing psychiatric services to patients in both community and private practice settings. He currently provides medication management to adult patients ages 18 to 64. His treatment areas of specialty include anxiety disorders, depression, bipolar disorder, schizophrenia, obsessive-compulsive disorder (OCD) and post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD).

Dr. Gadani is a board-certified psychiatrist with over five years of experience in psychiatry. She received her medical degree from Medical College Baroda in India. She previously worked at Saint Louis University Hospital and Mercy Hospital South in St. Louis, Missouri. She focuses on treating adults and specializes in the treatment of depression, bipolar disorders and anxiety disorders. She is a member of the American Psychiatry Association and the Missouri Psychiatry Association.

Dr. Ariel Mintz, dual certified by the American Board of Psychiatry and Neurology in General Psychiatry as well as Child and Adolescent Psychiatry, attended medical school at the Oakland University William Beaumont School of Medicine in Detroit, Michigan. He trained in General Psychiatry at Hennepin County Medical Center in Minneapolis, Minnesota and completed a fellowship in Child and Adolescent Psychiatry at the Cleveland Clinic. He previously founded and worked at Kesher Psychiatry, an early adopter of telepsychiatry.

My philosophy is to treat others as I would want to be treated. It is my moral obligation to provide nonjudgmental care & support as I work in collaboration with my clients. I believe the treatment of psychiatric disorders should be holistic in nature, which may include, utilizing prescription medications, psychotherapy, vitamins, & other supplements. This whole-body approach should also incorporate lifestyle changes & wellness principles, such as- dietary changes, exercise, sleep hygiene, mindfulness, and social connection. I also believe that patient education and engagement is key in the healing process.

James Srp has been working in the field of addictions for the past 30 years. He was most recently a nurse practitioner at Addiction Recovery Services of University Hospitals of Cleveland, a program he helped develop in 2004 after an 18 year tenure as a staff nurse, followed by service as a clinical nurse specialist for the Cleveland Clinic Alcohol and Drug Recovery Center. He holds a master's degree in psychology from Cleveland State University, a master's degree in nursing from Case Western Reserve University (CWRU), and a bachelor's degree in nursing from Ursuline College.

I welcome all people who struggle with mental illness and life stresses. I also help those who struggle with relationship problems and have difficulty managing their emotions.I have been practicing psychiatry for over 30 years since completing my residency training in adult psychiatry at Johns Hopkins University. I have practiced in multiple clinical settings including inpatient, outpatient and Intensive outpatient programs. I see both adults and adolescents. In addition to medication management for most psychiatric disorders, I often also provide individual psychotherapy, marital therapy and family therapy.

Born and raised in Ohio and educated in Cleveland, I have 10 years of experience as an attending psychiatrist with the Cleveland Clinic. As a member of the Cleveland Clinic Quality Alliance, my new private practice in Rocky River leverages the resources of that large hospital system, including its electronic medical record system, to better serve my patients. I am a "complete" psychiatrist, paying particular attention to the ways that my patients' medical problems impact their emotional wellbeing. Dr. Wyckoff is board certified and a fellow of the American Board of Pediatrics. She is a graduate of the University of Rochester and the Ohio University College of Osteopathic Medicine and served her residency at The Cleveland Clinic. She also served as staff pediatrician at both Akron City Hospital and Akron General Medical Center and was attending pediatrician at Akron Children's Hospital. Dr. Wyckoff completed her portal fellowship in child and adult psychiatry at University Hospitals, developing a Depression Toolkit for use at Rainbow Babies' and Children's Hospital.

Jessica Huffman is a dual certified nurse practitioner. Initially, Jessica graduated from Wright State University and worked years as an intensive care nurse. In 2014, she graduated from Kent State with a post graduate degree as an adult- geriatric primary care CNP working inpatient at University Hospitals. Later, Jessica, returned to schooling to specialize in mental health and addiction. Upholding two graduate degrees has allowed Jessica to provide integrative and holistic care. She hold a national certification with both the American Academy of Nurse Practitioners and American Nurses Credentialing Center.

I am excellent at what I do. I provide evidence based, state of the art, medication management for Psychiatric Disorders. I have practiced Psychiatry for 40 years in diverse settings. I specialize in services for treatment resistant patients. I also provide expert opinion for guardianship applications. We provide Cognitive Testing, Pharmacogenomic Counseling, Pre-Nuptial Counseling & Telehealth services on pre-paid cash payment basis. We also provide individual therapy in selected cases. She earned her bachelor's degree from Northwestern University, her master's degree from Northern Illinois University and her medical degree from the University of Cincinnati College of Medicine. She served her general psychiatry residency and fellowship training at Thomas Jefferson University, where she was chief fellow. Dr. Hong is a member of the American Academy of Child and Adolescent Psychiatry, the Psychoanalytic Center of Philadelphia, the American Medical Association and the American Psychiatric Association.

Elizabeth Pfalzgraf earned her bachelor's degree in psychology and both bachelor's and master's degrees in nursing from Kent State University. Certified by the American Nurses Credentialing Center, she has experience in outpatient, inpatient, and community mental health care and serves as an educator for undergraduate nursing. She sees ages 6 to 64 and specializes in anxiety disorders, bipolar disorders, depressive disorders, post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD), autism spectrum disorders (ASD), and schizophrenia.

Accepting new patients! My name is Dr. Daniel Gonzalez. I'm a Cleveland native who completed undergraduate at Miami University of Ohio before going into medical school at the University of Toledo. After obtaining my medical degree (M.D.), I then completed my Adult Psychiatry residency at Cleveland Clinic. I am currently board certified by the American Board of Psychiatry and Neurology (ABPN) in Adult Psychiatry. I work exclusively with adults (18+), and while I have a special interest in mood and anxiety disorders I see the full spectrum of psychiatric illnesses. I also particularly enjoy working with the LGBTQIA+ population.
