I am board certified in both general psychiatry and child & adolescent psychiatry. As such, I not only see children and adolescents but also young adults. I prefer to work with this age group but I will consider working with middle-aged adults as long as it is a good "fit" for my practice. Also please know that my practice is not in any insurance networks, though we will submit all billing to your insurance so that you can collect any out-of-network benefits. I am comfortable diagnosing and treating ADHD & behavioral disorders, depression & other mood disorders, anxiety disorders, PTSD, and autism spectrum disorder.

Dr. Michael McFadden, MD Dr. Michael McFadden is a Psychiatrist in Ohio who has been practicing since 2017. He completed his residency in adult psychiatry at Summa Health System and Cleveland Clinic Akron General Hospital. Dr. McFadden completed his fellowship in child and adolescent psychiatry at Akron Children's Hospital. He is dual board-certified in child and adolescent and adult psychiatry. Dr. McFadden uses medication management in combination with cognitive behavioral, psychodynamic, and supportive therapies, and motivational interviewing with children and adolescents.

David McNair is an Ohio native that earned his bachelor's degree in nursing from Kent State University and master's degree in nursing from Walden University. Board certified by the American Nurses Credentialing Center, he has over a decade of clinical experience in inpatient, outpatient, and forensic mental health care and also serves as an educator for undergraduate nursing. He sees patients ages 6 to 75 and specializes in treating anxiety disorders, bipolar disorders, depressive disorders, post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD) and schizophrenia.

Christopher likes to use his knowledge, empathy, and understanding to help formulate a plan with you to tackle your mental health condition. Christopher feels like he does more than just prescribe medications. He tries to tailor each session to meet the person’s needs by also incorporating some therapy into the session as well as discussing if medications are an option. His goal is to stabilize your mental health and continue working hard with you until that goal is obtained.

My clients appreciate how I listen intently, ask critical questions and make them feel at ease immediately with unconditional care and warmth. I have been working with patients to improve their wellbeing and morale with kind words, support and pharmaceutical expertise since 1990, when I started my career in the United States Navy Healthcare field. Dr. Ariel Mintz, dual certified by the American Board of Psychiatry and Neurology in General Psychiatry as well as Child and Adolescent Psychiatry, attended medical school at the Oakland University William Beaumont School of Medicine in Detroit, Michigan. He trained in General Psychiatry at Hennepin County Medical Center in Minneapolis, Minnesota and completed a fellowship in Child and Adolescent Psychiatry at the Cleveland Clinic. He previously founded and worked at Kesher Psychiatry, an early adopter of telepsychiatry.

James Srp has been working in the field of addictions for the past 30 years. He was most recently a nurse practitioner at Addiction Recovery Services of University Hospitals of Cleveland, a program he helped develop in 2004 after an 18 year tenure as a staff nurse, followed by service as a clinical nurse specialist for the Cleveland Clinic Alcohol and Drug Recovery Center. He holds a master's degree in psychology from Cleveland State University, a master's degree in nursing from Case Western Reserve University (CWRU), and a bachelor's degree in nursing from Ursuline College.

In his free time, Joe enjoys hiking the national parks, skiing, gardening, and cuddling with his two wiener dogs.
