She has practiced nursing since 2005 in inpatient and outpatient settings including medical, psychiatric, and addiction treatment. Krishawnda’s aim is to help adults and children develop tools and skills that create a mental foundation that is more able to withstand the twists and turns that life may bring. This can be achieved through therapy, exercise, changes in diet, and/or medication. Change does not happen overnight and Krishawnda desires to help you through your healing journey, no matter the length of the journey.
