Dealing with mental health conditions on top of the day-to-day stress can be overwhelming for both the patient and their caregivers. As a Nurse Practitioner (NP) who is certified in both mental health and pediatric primary care, I help manage my patients' mental health conditions so that they can live their best lives. Depending on the condition, my overall goal is to help patients achieve the point at which they understand and manage their mental health independently, helping them to live life to the fullest.
