Children and young adults in today's world face numerous stressors and difficulties. Dealing with mental health conditions on top of the day-to-day stress can be overwhelming for both the patient and their caregivers. As a Nurse Practitioner (NP) who is certified in both mental health and pediatric primary care, I help manage my patients' mental health conditions so that they can live their best lives. Depending on the condition, my overall goal is to help patients achieve the point at which they understand and manage their mental health independently, helping them to live life to the fullest.

I graduated with a master's degree from NKU and discovered my passion for mental healthcare while working in an emergency level I trauma center. Providing care to patients experiencing mental health crises in a psychiatric emergency department fueled my commitment to advocacy in this field. My hobbies include reading, crocheting, baking, and spending time with family and friends. I am dedicated to addressing the unique needs of individuals with empathy, ensuring they receive the support necessary to reach their goals and support their overall well-being. Naturally, I have always been engaged in coaching others through life and inspiring them towards their goals.
