I have always been a strong believer in holistic care, and I like to incorporate psychotherapy into my practice. We are all unique. There is not one specific course of treatment that is right for everyone. While following best practice guidelines and the most recent evidence based research, I strive to practice with a focus on holistic, client-centered care to improve your mental health. While I do specialize in medication management, we will explore non pharmacologic possibilities too. You will feel heard.

Everyone’s path to wellness can look much different. I view each person as an individual and create a plan that is unique to you and your struggles. I believe that anyone who takes the path to wellness deserves to have a voice and to be treated with respect and empowerment. I treat patients of all ages from 5+. I enjoy working with both children and adults. I am currently pursuing specialty certification in Perinatal Mental Health to treat women both during and after their pregnancy. I have also been certified in pediatrics and critical care as an RN. I strive to help patient's with their overall health.

I treat a broad range of problems, based on years of experience. Often, I combine medication and psychotherapy with good results. I treat acute conditions, such as severe depression and anxiety, to help the patient restore his or her level of functioning. I also treat longer-lasting conditions which might allow one to "get by", but feel as if they are tied in knots. I feel positive about having helped many people make long-lasting and important changes in their lives.

I've been a practicing psychiatric nurse since 1994 and as Psychiatric-Mental Health Nurse Practitioner since 2005. Many areas of treatment have included mood disorders, anxiety, PTSD/trauma related issues and eating disorders. Working at many different levels of care, including inpatient, outpatient, partial hospitalization, and intensive outpatient has allowed me to see mental health at a variety of intensities. I believe in the motivation of the individual and integrating with their health care team to allow the individual to function at the highest level. We are using Zoom to provide quality and safe tele-health sessions.

I am here to assist with improving your mental health so that you can reach your full potential in life. Unlike other mental health practices, I am always accessible to my patients. I offer telehealth, in-person, and in-home services to accommodate patient needs. I practice general psychiatry for patients 13 years of age and older.

I enjoy working with individuals from 16 years old to aging adults. Working in healthcare for so many years, I understand the struggles of the things we carry and tuck under the rug which really gives me a strong passion for helping healthcare workers and giving back to that community. I also have a strong passion for military, minorities, adopted, and LGTBQ+ communities. But really, I want to help everyone I can. I want everyone to feel like their best self and enjoy life to the fullest.

Hi! I have been in mental health care for almost 15 years in a variety of settings. The bulk of my experience has been in the high acuity setting of Emergency Psychiatry. I have a passion for empathic care that seeks to understand and help those dealing with not just mental illness, but the stress of life in general. I treat individuals of all ages and mental health concerns such as depression and anxiety. I am also particularly passionate about providing care for psychotic and psychosis related disorders, as well as working with sexual identity and gender identity concerns.
