Dr. Doumanian is a board-certified in Psychiatry. She has practiced in various settings over her career including in-patient and community mental health as well as Veteran affairs out-patient clinics. She has more than 17 years of experience treating patients with anxiety, depression, OCD, grief, PTSD, adjustment disorders, and other mental health issues. She uses pharmacotherapy along with cognitive-behavioral therapy, psychodynamic psychotherapy, and supportive therapy as needed.

Dr. Padow is a board‐certified adult psychiatrist who uses a compassionate, collaborative approach to the treatment of patients with a range of psychiatric conditions. She focuses on building strong therapeutic alliances with her patients in order to create safe spaces to work together toward wellness. Dr. Padow’s practice employs a mix of psychotherapy and medication management, tailoring treatment to each patient’s specific needs and preferences. She primarily works with adults dealing with depression, anxiety, and difficulty coping with life changes.

Dr. Nina Jacobs is a board-certified child, adolescent and adult psychiatrist in practice for over 20 years. She attended the University of Chicago, Pritzker School of Medicine and completed her adult, child and adolescent training at NYU School of Medicine. She has additional training in psychodynamic psychotherapy at New York Psychoanalytic Institute. Dr. Jacobs believes understanding and compassion are fundamental to the doctor-patient relationship. With an engaged, optimistic style, she provides attentive, patient-centered care to reduce troubling symptoms and restore well-being.

Dr. Juliet Nichols has been a diplomate of the American Board of Psychiatry and Neurology since 2002 and has been practicing psychiatry for over 25 years. While an expert in psychopharmacology, Dr. Nichols has an integrative approach to treatment and she often incorporates psychotherapeutic techniques when appropriate, tailoring every treatment to each patient's individual needs. She completed her Psychiatry residency at Stony Brook-SUNY and Geriatric Psychiatry Fellowship at the Albert Einstein School of Medicine.

She specialized in adolescent and adult mental health and healing as well as a specialty in Post Traumatic Stress of military, fire, police and civilian trauma. With a background in emergency services, law enforcement and general psychiatry, she has a diverse experience of many populations. Her practice has historically focused on treating patients with varying mood disorders, anxiety disorders, and post-traumatic stress disorder. Dr. Wiener enjoys working with patients of all ages.
