I am an allopathic physician trained in child and adolescent psychiatry. I have a faculty appointment at Yale Univ. School of Medicine - treating the most complex mental illness in the country. I am conducting psychedelic trials for treatment resistant depression as well collaborate with leader in pediatric anxiety disorders. All of this towards the singular goal of affecting meaningful change that helps patients (and their families, necessarily).

Alexander Gumbs, FNP/PMHNP-BC is a dual board-certified practitioner in psychiatry and family medicine. Mr. Gumbs uses an integrative holistic approach to treat the bodies and minds of his patients. He is proficient in treating those across the lifespan (children, adolescents, adults, and seniors). Community focus is his passion. He has experience treating disadvantaged populations, such as the homeless and those in the criminal justice system transitioning back to civilian life. Mr. Gumbs treats those with anxiety, bipolar disorder, PTSD, depression, autism, insomnia, dementia, and postpartum depression.

She has many years of experience working with adolescents, adults, couples and families with expertise in treating a broad range of emotional and behavioral problems.

Dr. DeSarbo is a Board Certified psychiatrist specializing in the treatment of EATING DISORDERS and general psychiatry including mood disorders, anxiety issues, ADHD, OCD, relationship issues. In addition to psychopharmacology, he also practices CBT and existential therapy. He is the Medical Director of ED-180 Eating Disorder Treatment Programs which provides custom intensive treatment programs for patients in the Long Island/NYC area. He is also an author, a lecturer and the founder and host of the annual Long Island Conference on Eating Disorders. He oversees a full staff of therapists and clinicians at his offices.

I received my Adult Psychiatry training at SUNY Downstate Medical Center and obtained my Child and Adolescent Psychiatry fellowship from Hofstra North Shore LIJ School of Medicine. I am a board certified adult psychiatrist specializing in women's mental health and reproductive psychiatry. I work solely with adult women ages 18 and above. I have specialized training and competency in treating premenstrual dysphoric disorder, pregnant and postpartum women, those experiencing infertility, as well as those experiencing difficulties around the transition to menopause.
