I am a board-certified psychiatrist who specializes in the diagnosis and treatment of adults age 21 years old and older with ADHD, anxiety, depression, fatigue, insomnia, and work-related stress. I provide comprehensive care that includes the integration of psychotherapy (CBT) with other alternative therapies (i.e. mindfulness, deep breathing, sleep hygiene, etc) and medication management as needed.

As a provider who is board certified in psychiatric mental health and primary care, I am equipped to partner with my clients to meet their psychological and medical needs with an open mind. Jena M. Simon, DNP, is a Double Board-Certified nurse practitioner specializing in psychiatric mental health and family health. After graduating from Columbia University in 2010 as a Family and Oncology Nurse Practitioner, Dr. Simon worked in New York City at a large tertiary medical center caring for adults with sickle cell disease. In this role, she became attuned to the needs of people living with chronic illness and chronic pain.

My practice specializes in the medication management of adults (in particular women) with mood, anxiety and attentional disorders. I have special expertise in treating individuals who also have medical illnesses or who are pregnant/post-partum and in need of medication support as a component of their care.

Ms. Fisher is a New York State licensed Psychiatric Mental Health Practitioner with a doctoral degree from Rush University. She received her BSN from the University of Connecticut. Ms. Fisher works with adolescents, adults, and older adults carrying a broad range of psychiatric and substance use related diagnoses. She provides psychiatric assessment and medication management.

Please note Sarah works with patients to taper their benzodiazepines and hypnotics, she does not prescribe them long term. Sarah is a board-certified Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner who earned both her Doctorate in Nursing and Master's in Nursing from Columbia University. Sarah implements a team approach, coupled with evidence-based practice when working with patients. She always includes her patients in the decision making process regarding medication management and treatment options. The core of successful treatment is a plan that both patient and provider agree on. Sarah has experience working in the community outpatient setting.

Hi! I am a doctorally prepared psychiatric nurse practitioner from New York University, specializing in children and adolescent. I received the majority of my clinical training from inpatient settings, where I learned to work with a wide range of patients and families struggling from depression, anxiety, substance use, and trauma. I also have extensive experience working with adults, and can offer clozapine management. In my 14 years of practice I have fallen in love with the healing process and watching how empathetic, holistic, and client-centered care can change entire family structures.
