I am Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner, (PMHNP-BC) providing medication management for mental health conditions in adults . I sub-specialize in the treatment of ADHD, autism, anxiety, and depression. I I conduct thorough psychiatric evaluations to diagnose mental health conditions and provide evidence based treatment. I am trained in psychopharmacology and offer a personalized approach that is tailored to your individual needs. Treatment may include education, medication, and wellness practices such as exercise, nutrition, and other integrative approaches.

Dr. Nelly Gonzalez-Lepage is a Psychiatrist in New York who has been practicing since 2022. Dr. Gonzalez-Lepage graduated from the Loyola University Chicago Stritch School of Medicine. She completed the first three years of Adult Psychiatry training at Montefiore Medical Center/Albert Einstein Medical School in the Bronx, New York. Dr. Gonzalez-Lepage takes a comprehensive and collaborative approach to mental health. Together, she and clients explore individual needs and create a tailored approach to fit their unique needs.

My practice focuses on treating adults (18+yo) with Depression, Anxiety, PTSD, and C-PTSD. I incorporate up-to-date evidenced-based approaches, which may include Trauma-Informed Care and Counseling, Psychopharmacology (the use of medications to help treat mental health conditions, if appropriate), health, medical, and psycho-education counseling, and therapeutic support in a non-judgmental, thoughtful, and safe space. My patients can be located anywhere in NY state. I welcome all races, cultures, and genders. I do not prescribe controlled substances in this telehealth practice.

Elba Bello, MD Dr. Bello employs different aspects of a child's life to come up with the most accurate diagnosis. She uses a psychosocial approach and invite the parents and child to actively participate in the treatment to ensure the most successful outcome. Dr. Bello has worked in a variety of settings including medication management, intensive outpatient treatment, day treatment and can offer many years of experience since completing her child and adolescent psychiatry fellowship at Columbia University in 2005. Dr. Bello specializes in working with mood disorders, anxiety disorders, and behavioral disorders.

I am a board certified psychiatrist with extensive experience in psychopharmacological and psychotherapeutic treatment. I have a special interest in women's mental health issues that include mood disorders related to menstruation, pregnancy and postpartum, as well as menopause and other life transitions. I enjoy providing comprehensive and compassionate psychiatric treatment that may include psychotherapy (talk therapy) and medication when appropriate. I am happy to coordinate with other treatment providers as necessary.
