My practice focuses on treating adults (18+yo) with Depression, Anxiety, PTSD, and C-PTSD. I incorporate up-to-date evidenced-based approaches, which may include Trauma-Informed Care and Counseling, Psychopharmacology (the use of medications to help treat mental health conditions, if appropriate), health, medical, and psycho-education counseling, and therapeutic support in a non-judgmental, thoughtful, and safe space. My patients can be located anywhere in NY state. I welcome all races, cultures, and genders. I do not prescribe controlled substances in this telehealth practice.

I am a Board certified Psychiatrist, licensed in New York State, with over 30 years of experience. I have had a private practice in Larchmont, NY since 2016. I was also, a private practitioner, working at two Montefiore Medical groups from April 2008-2022. Prior to that, I worked as a Psychiatrist for HIP for many years from 1990 to April 2008, first at a Psychiatric Outpatient Clinic and then at two medical group sites. I enjoyed working as a Psychiatrist in a medical setting, collaborating with primary care physicians, where there is an interface between Psychiatry and Medicine.

I am a Board-Certified Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner with a distinguished academic background, having earned my degree from Walden University. With a rich history spanning over two decades in healthcare, I bring a wealth of experience to my practice. In my role as a Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner, I am also a certified medical marijuana provider. My comprehensive approach encompasses the treatment of adolescents, adults, and geriatric clients. Specializing in ADHD, Anxiety, Depression, Panic Disorder, Bipolar Disorder, and Substance-related issues, I am committed to delivering compassionate and effective care.

I am a board-certified adult psychiatrist sub-specialized in addiction psychiatry who provides comprehensive mental health treatment for adults - including psychotherapy and medication management. I will work together with you on your mental health needs without being judged, ignored or misunderstood. I intentionally have a low volume private practice in order to deliver personalized care. I primarily see patients on Thursdays evenings in person, and remotely other evenings.
