I'm a board-certified psychiatrist who's very knowledgeable about helping people with depression, bipolar disorder, medical illnesses, and posttraumatic stress disorder (PTSD). In addition to medication and cognitive-behavioral therapy, I'm also interested in the complementary use of meditation, mindfulness, exercise, light therapy, and companion animals. I am a Board Certified, Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner who believes in treating the patient as a whole. I believe in constantly expanding the various ways of treating patients; we start with building a therapeutic rapport, then assess the need for classical psychiatric medications while incorporating behavioral changes and herbal supplements as needed. I have over twenty years combined experience in psychiatry and primary care medicine, and work with adults and adolescents 16 and older. I treat depression, bipolar disorder, anxiety, ADHD, OCD, and psychiatric issues related to neurological and medical conditions.

I am a board-certified adult and geriatric psychiatrist. I utilize a compassionate, collaborative, and recovery-oriented approach to support each of my patients in living meaningful and sustainably healthy lives. Dr. Mark Chofla is a board-certified psychiatrist and physician who completed his specialty residency training at the Los Angeles County + University of Southern California Medical Center. After receiving his Bachelor of Science degree in Neurobiology, Physiology, and Behavior from the University of California at Davis, Dr. Chofla earned his medical degree from Midwestern University: Arizona College of Osteopathic Medicine.

Dr. Alejandra Vivas, MD Dr. Alejandra Vivas is a Psychiatrist in New York who has been practicing since 2020. Dr. Vivas completed her medical education at the University of Vermont. She also holds a Bachelor's Degree in Psychology from Nova Southeastern University and an Interdisciplinary Studies Bachelor's Degree from Florida International University where she graduated with honors Magna Cum Laude. Her training includes Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Motivational Interviewing and she prefers an integrative approach. Dr. Vivas can help patients understand their mental health and approach it through a compassionate lens.

Dr. Mitchell Cabisudo is a double board certified Child, Adolescent, and Adult psychiatrist who has been trained in different schools of psychotherapy and has in-depth knowledge and understanding of the use of life-saving medications. After completing his adult residency training in Albany, NY, he pursued further specialization in Pediatric Psychiatry at Westchester Medical Center. Dr. Cabisudo crucially understands the limitations and unfortunate repercussions of the use of medication. Therefore prior to contemplating to prescribing, he integrates the basic fundamentals yet profound complexities surrounding a person's life which can significantly dictate the overall changes in one's behavior and emotions.
