When you are very depressed, you seem to fall into a deep black hole and have no way out. When you are extremely anxious, you want to jump out of your skin. When you are in panic mode, you feel like you are going to die. They are all your perception and can be changed as long as you decide to seek help from professionals. Another example is ADHD. For those people, life is a struggle. It does not have to be that way. Treatments can be a game changer.
