Dr. Dara Fernandez is an experienced bilingual (Spanish), double board certified Adult, Child and Adolescent Psychiatrist, sought after for her caring and warm nature; therapeutic and professional persona; and ability to provide expert mental health care. Her experience spans a wide breadth of clinical experience: academic psychiatry, child and adolescent’s mental health, college/young adult mental health, eating disorder inpatient and outpatient care, acute psychiatric inpatient care, outpatient psychotherapy, and medication management.

Trained in clinical and administrative skills, Dr. Parikh worked as a faculty at NYPH in Westchester since 2002. She had been the Chief of Eating disorder, treating inpatient and outpatient child, adolescent and adults. Her expertise has resulted in book chapters and few publications. She is now in full time, outpatient practice offering concierge medicine, 24/7 access to clinicians while offering integrative and holistic individualized psychiatric treatment. With goals of bridging gap between inpatient and weekly outpatient, We now offer a comprehensive approach to psychiatric treatment.

Dr. Eyma is a board certified psychiatrist licensed to practice in both New York and Connecticut. She is a graduate of the Sophie Davis School of Biomedical Education/City College of New York (a combined BS/MD program) and obtained her medical degree from Albany Medical College. She has been a staff psychiatrist at Montefiore Medical Center and Yale New Haven Hospital. She has a particular interest in cross-cultural psychiatry and global mental health. She spent two years working in a mental health clinic in the Wellington region of New Zealand providing care to a diverse patient population including Maori and Pasifika people.

I am a child, adolescent, and adult psychiatrist based in Westchester, New York. My practice is guided by warmth and compassion to further my understanding of my patients. I utilize my training in various psychotherapy modalities and psychopharmacology to craft a personalized treatment plan, as patients may benefit from therapy, medications, or a combination of both.

As a provider who is board certified in psychiatric mental health and primary care, I am equipped to partner with my clients to meet their psychological and medical needs with an open mind. I am a Board certified Psychiatrist, licensed in New York State, with over 30 years of experience. I have had a private practice in Larchmont, NY since 2016. I was also, a private practitioner, working at two Montefiore Medical groups from April 2008-2022. Prior to that, I worked as a Psychiatrist for HIP for many years from 1990 to April 2008, first at a Psychiatric Outpatient Clinic and then at two medical group sites. I enjoyed working as a Psychiatrist in a medical setting, collaborating with primary care physicians, where there is an interface between Psychiatry and Medicine.
