As a doctor at Clearwave Psychiatry, I provide comprehensive healthcare that engages my patients with personally tailored problem solving for both in-person as well as telehealth appointments. Our collaborative group of providers use techniques such as genetic testing, nutritional supplementation, QEEG mapping, neurofeedback, psychotherapy and Transcranial Magnetic Stimulation to address each patient's physiological and psychological aspects of care and to create their optimal individualized treatment plan.

I am a board-certified Family Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner and a Clinical Social Worker. I graduated from Columbia School of Social Work with a MSW and Yale University with a MSN. I have a post-masters certificate in child and adolescent therapy and have trained at the Beck Institute of Cognitive Behavioral Therapy in utilizing CBT for anxiety and mood disorders. I have received certification in Exposure Response Prevention from the University of Pennsylvania for the treatment of OCD. I have also received training in parent management training (PMT) at the Yale Parenting Center.

I am a board-certified psychiatric mental health nurse practitioner with more than 25 years’ experience treating individual adults and teens, adult couples, and families of all ages. In addition to psychotherapy, I am licensed to prescribe medications. My style is active and engaged, and I view trust, honesty and humor as key ingredients in forming an effective relationship with my clients. Dr. Mohammed is well known in the community for his empathetic manner, and his ability to develop a therapeutic relationship with his patients. He can work with patients from all age groups, including children with special needs. Dr. Mohammed is fluent in English, Hindi and Urdu and welcomes patients of all ages, genders, and sexual orientations.

I am a dual board certified psychiatrist specializing in child and adolescent psychiatry, and have clinical experience in a wide range of settings with diverse patient population. I am trained to provide a variety of behavioral and medical treatments for helping children and adults of all ages. Dr. D'Agostino is Board Certified by the American Board of Psychiatry and Neurology (ABPN), and has a subspeciality Board Certification in Addiction Medicine; he is a Suboxone provider, and treats a variety of substance use disorders with medication assisted treatment (MAT) and therapy (as needed). He specializes in the treatment of adults and late-adolescents, with expertise in medication management and therapy for conditions including but not limited to anxiety, depression, bipolar disorder, ADHD, opioid and alcohol use disorder.

Dr. Jaskaran Singh Grewal is a highly skilled psychiatrist with a passion for helping his patients live better lives. Dr. Grewal earned his medical degree from the American University of Antigua in Antigua and Barbuda. He then went on to complete his residency in psychiatry at Richmond University Medical Center in Staten Island, New York. A distinguished member of the American Psychiatric Association, Dr. Grewal believes in working collaboratively with his patients in a down-to-earth and practical manner while offering the most up-to-date and scientifically proven treatment.

I am a Board certified Psychiatrist, licensed in New York State, with over 30 years of experience. I have had a private practice in Larchmont, NY since 2016. I was also, a private practitioner, working at two Montefiore Medical groups from April 2008-2022. Prior to that, I worked as a Psychiatrist for HIP for many years from 1990 to April 2008, first at a Psychiatric Outpatient Clinic and then at two medical group sites. I enjoyed working as a Psychiatrist in a medical setting, collaborating with primary care physicians, where there is an interface between Psychiatry and Medicine.
