I am a Harvard-trained, Board-certified psychiatrist, with expertise in treating children, adolescents, and adults. My patients tell me I'm a warm and caring guy, dedicated to helping them in any way I can. I treat a wide spectrum of psychiatric problems, including ADHD, depression, anxiety, OCD, PTSD, bipolar disorder, autism spectrum disorders, and eating disorders. I also help people deal with challenging life circumstances, such as loss and grief, relationship troubles, difficulties with work or school, illness, divorce, or other life transitions.

Welcome to my telepsychiatry practice. My virtual office is a warm, friendly, and safe space. You can join me from the comfort of your own favorite chair to get the help you need. I have a genuine desire to understand my patients and aim to open new pathways for self-exploration and self-care. As a licensed physician, I provide treatment with medication. I am currently licensed in almost all 50 states and treat adults across the country, which I love.

Our ideal client is any patient (18+) that is suffering from anxiety, depression, ADHD, PTSD, or other mental health concerns that want to improve their mental health care. We enjoy collaborating with patients to focus on patient-centered measurable outcomes that will improve the life of the client.

Dr. Jessica Grimes is a board-eligible child and adolescent and adult psychiatrist. She is originally from Sylva, NC. She earned a bachelor’s degree in religion and minored in biology at The University of the South in Sewanee, TN. She graduated cum laude and was inducted into the order of the gownsmen, an honor society. She earned her doctorate from the West Virginia School of Osteopathic Medicine in Lewisburg, WV.

Matthew Guanzon chose Psychiatry because it is the culture of his family which is to serve Humanity for giving us a life worth living. His family has ingrained in him that giving back to the community is extremely rewarding when one sees the fruits of his/her labor. Both of his parents are physicians. Psychiatry is Matthew’s passion. He enjoys meeting clients for the first time and understands that this field requires tenderness/sensitivity to begin to unmask the underlying conscious or subconscious psychiatric/psychological issue. Matthew is most passionate about meeting all of his clients’ needs and helping them help themselves.

Linh Tran believes that mental health has been an undervalued area of medicine, yet it is so vital to our overall function and well being. Growing up within a culture where mental health was, and still is, suppressed, and having helped individuals from different walks of life through their stress, anxiety, and depression, she knew she wanted to work in a field where she could provide high-quality care to those needing it most and help make a positive difference on their outlook.

I can help address needs of clients struggling with anxiety, depression, stress disorder, OCD, mood swings. If you are looking for a new provider as your previous one doesn't respond in a timely manner, I maintain only a small panel of patients so I am readily available compared to some of the big practices. I have been seeing clients via Telehealth and all my clients like the comfort and flexibility of Telehealth for medication management. I am only running a Tele health based platform at this time and there are no in person visits. I have medical licence for states of Massachusetts and North Carolina.
