With an extensive background in nursing and psychiatric care, I am a seasoned Family Nurse Practitioner and Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner, dedicated to providing compassionate and comprehensive mental health services. My journey began with a solid foundation in nursing education at Gwynedd Mercy University, where I developed and revised curricula for various nurse practitioner programs, ensuring that future healthcare providers are well-equipped to meet the needs of their patients. My commitment to excellence in mental health care is reflected in my work as a consultant for various organizations, where I've played a key role in it.

I am an ANCC board-certified PMHNP. I received my MSN in Psychiatric Mental Health from Virginia Commonwealth University. I worked as an RN on a trauma step-down unit, helping patients who had endured bodily trauma and patients withdrawing from substances. The clinical experience I received during my training was largely with inpatient mood disorder and forensic psychiatric populations with anxiety, depression, bipolar disorder, schizophrenia, and schizoaffective disorder. When I began to work as a psychiatric nurse practitioner, that experience influenced my decision to focus on mental health.

She obtained her Master's of Science in Nursing from the University of Medicine & Dentistry of NJ (now Rutger's University) and proceeded later to complete her post-master's certification in the psychiatric mental health NP program.

I am a psychiatric nurse practitioner, trauma/somatic psychotherapist and certified meditation/movement teacher with an emphasis on holistic and integrative care that supports mind, heart, and body well-being.
