Dr. Issac is an experienced addiction and general psychiatrist with eight years of experience. He has helped many overcome their mental health challenges. Issac evaluates, diagnoses, and treats people based on their medical pathology, nutritional, and hormonal health. People suffering from addictions, or with other mental health challenges, such as anxiety, and depression, can recover with the correct diagnosis and treatment. Combining medications with psychotherapy, Dr. Issac considers various medical factors to treat his patients; he plans comprehensive treatments. Stephanie Morgana, MSN, PMHNP-BC, extends a warm welcome to individuals seeking transformative mental health support at Baker Street Behavioral Health. Specializing in evidence-based medication management, Stephanie's clients are people looking for help with navigating issues such as ADHD, anxiety, bipolar disorder, depression, OCD, stress, PTSD, and/or LGBTQ+ issues, in a confidential space for self-exploration and growth.

Here at the Venn Center, we offer patients a unique therapeutic experience. I conduct psychiatric evaluations and assessments, as well as provide both individual and group psychotherapy to clients of all ages. I also offer pharmacotherapy and medication management when appropriate. That being said, 25% of my patients are not on any medication since I employ non-medicinal interventions that help remediate psychiatric symptoms whenever possible. Offering these complementary services allows the clients I work with to feel empowered in their desire for change toward a healthier way of being.

I perform comprehensive psychiatric evaluations, prescribe medication, collaborate with therapists and do consultations with schools. Talking with family is key in my evaluations and treatment. It is a privilege to do what I do on a daily basis; working with the "body/mind connection". I love working with people and going through their life stages together; adolescents, college students, young adults and then adults. I believe that the modality of treatment should be suited to the patient's needs. I have trained through different schools and continue to do so. Once we work together on identifying their issues, we work on them with a "tailored treatment", that said; individual psychotherapy, mindfulness meditation, complementary treatment with vitamins, exercises and if needed medication.

I have expertise working with most psychiatric disorders, including ADHD, Depression, Suicide Risk Assessment, Bipolar Disorder, OCD, Panic Disorder, Anxiety Disorders, and Psychosis.

I’ve tried different doctors; numerous medications and not only am I not getting better but I’m having to deal with these side effects!
