Total Wellness Center is psychiatry and counseling practice that offers treatment both in-person and via Telehealth. With offices in New Jersey and Connecticut, all of our doctors come from Ivy league schools. We offer evening and weekends appointments and accept major insurance plans such as Horizon, Cigna, Aetna and others. Hi, I am a board certified general adult and forensic psychiatrist. I have experience in treating patients with mental illness in a variety of settings. I am licensed in New Jersey and New York and offer telepsychiatry at this time. During these stressful times, some of you may have developed new onset depression and anxiety, whereas some may experience worsening of older conditions. Here at the Venn Center, we offer patients a unique therapeutic experience. I also offer pharmacotherapy and medication management when appropriate. That being said, 25% of my patients are not on any medication since I employ non-medicinal interventions that help remediate psychiatric symptoms whenever possible.
