I have 20 years experience working with children, adolescents, young adults, and their families as a board certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner and a Pediatric Primary Care Nurse Practitioner. My practice uses a whole person approach connecting mental health and medicine, mind and body. I collaborate with other professionals such as therapists, psychologists, psychiatrists, guidance counselors, teachers, and family members (with your consent). Clients are encouraged to engage with a therapist, recognizing that this is a personal choice.
Psychiatric Solutions for Young Adults & Children is more than medication management. It is understanding you or your child as individuals within the context of life, educating about diagnoses and treatment options, and creating a plan as a team. As a solo provider I am able to offer each client and family as much time as they need in the mode they choose.
My family and I have lived in Maynard over 20 years and I am pleased to offer services to our town and surrounding communities. I currently offer telehealth visits and will offer the option of in-person or telehealth visits when my office renovation is complete.
