During our sessions we will use psychotherapy and discuss medication management if you find you need that assistance to grow and make the positive changes in life you are seeking.
We will incorporate education on mental health issues, medication teaching, and work on building your own tool box to equip you to deal with Anxiety, Depression, ADHD, Mood Disorders, Sleep disorders, Behavioral issues or even just managing the struggles of adjusting to new situations and changes occurring in your life.
